Have you tried bottling them? Saves on freezer space if you need to and also leaves them with more texture. Nice with cheese, as a pud with nice cream, or in a crumble or pie.

Needs to condition in the bottle yet. But it’s how it should be at this stage. I seem to be the only one that drinks it and have four years’ worth to get through.
