I write, but I don't identify as a writer. But I paint, and I do identify as an artist. Neither of these are my career.

I think that self identification plays a part along with participation.

I find a decent serving of chili makes for a warm blanket over french fries as well.

At what stage? Because in about 1 minute and 45 seconds, those are "cold fries" no matter where they were at when they hit the table.

Why does being creative always take up so much time??

When I was a younger reader, books that had a lot of those were easier for me. I remember when I started reading more books that didn't rely on them so much and the challenges it caused. Now it's fine, but I clearly remember noticing making that transition in reading level.
