Gosh, did RFK Jr consult Senator Bill Cassidy MD (R-LA) on this decision? Pausing a clinical study of this magnitude (10,000 participants) for 90-days so RFKJr and officials can "reviewing initial findings" is a big fucking deal, and incredibly disrespectful of the study participants.

Anyone remember Chris Mooney's book, The Republican War on Science, published in 2006? Why is anyone surprised that there are outbreaks of measles, climate change denialism, etc.? Erasing scientific literacy has been a longtime goal of the far-right, and it sure is working!
