Seems as if it would be successful so as not to disenfranchise 72 million women.

They can sue, but the case will likely be postponed unless it is a security issue-then judges might allow a suit to move forward.

If it passes, it’ll immediately be challenged. Even this highly partisan SCOTUS would strike down a provision which disenfranchises ~25% (71 million) of US population.

If it passes, the point is simply to waste time and cause others to waste money on litigation.

He is posting a verifiable declaration of his clear, non-suicidal, state of mind. Good move.
