I totally get people who cancel even like day of, but people who just don't show up or don't even message drives me insane.

These things not being part of the natural advancement of the game it is probably why it's it's so fondly remembered since it keeps a consistent tone and feeling to it.

There are exploding arrows and a cape that makes you take less damage, and its only available after you kill them all! It's so wild.

Unrelated, but this game has a bunch of unlockables for speed running fights after you beat it the first time, and it's so funny that no one ever talks about them.

I would love to play the game that didn't have any meddling, but that game isn't available. We can only critique what we have!

I have been finding myself wondering why, more often than not. Like, does it feel good to meander around rather than a dm figuring out like an actual story idea you play that story than move on to something else?
