I am trying to be a leader, not a boss. Leading by example, i will be out there doing the shit jobs right beside them.

It's been a wild last 2 days at the cemetery stepping into the boss role and having a lot thrown on my plate all at once, but damn i got to say the crew and I are killing it and getting so much work done!

Burrr! It is -2C outside (or 28F if you live in a third world country)
But damn, it's going to be an electric sock kind of day!

I still snack right up until bed time LOL just not after i lay down. Everything is fair game until that moment.

205 nights, no mid night snacking!
That is roughly 102500 garbage calories uneaten.
Or, roughly 29.3lbs.
I feel better and I sleep better (on average)

I really hope it doesnt rain tomorrow. Leaf clean up sucks when everything is soaking wet and you're being rained on only makes it worse... and cold.

I have been at the cemetery job for 1 year 6 months, and 7 days, or oddly enough 555 days, from bottom of the barrel to boss. That's crazy to think about.

Well fuck me that was an interesting Monday. Apparently I am now the head caretaker of the cemetery...

Ya, it was run off from all my other batches that i let ferment together instead of wasting, turned out amazing

Blackberry, raspberry, pomegranate, and strawberry.

Wine rack full... 149 bottles on it and 38 more in the boxes... About 23 bottles left to bottle of our Angels Blood wine.
