We just had someone’s very impolite date here telling us to shut down or else. Called me a fat tranny. Rude.” “Tranny? Yikes, what did you do?” “I shook his hand and told him “May the peace of God be with you”. I gave him lactose intolerance with that handshake. Never upset an angel.” I flinched a little. I’ve got a mild gluten intolerance and it’s not as fun as it’s cracked up to be. Lactose intolerance is supposed to be just as bad or worse and it of course never goes away. Goodbye ice-cream, regular lattes and whipped cream, hello replacement dairy that is at least twice the cost and usually half the taste. I didn’t pity the man, though, but I did flinch.
