Southwest and these other companies (looking at you Target) seem to think that customers are loyal to them just because many of us are signed up for their loyalty/points/rewards programs.

The customer outrage at the bag policy change by Southwest Airlines is justifiable. I have absolutely no reason whatsoever now to choose them over one of their competitors when booking flights.
