september: 42.5 kilometers, 8:52 average pace, 6 hours 17 minutes total running

august: 20.9 kilometers, 9:32 average pace, 3 hours 19 minutes total running

(sorry this account is becoming mainly about running lol)

since starting running again in august, we’ve definitely made some progress! more KM each month, and like 45 seconds faster pace each month ☺️also we haven’t missed a run for 8 weeks!

thanks to the incredible generosity of good people some years ago, I managed to crowdfund over £21k. there's a good chance I wouldn't be here if that hadn't happened so I'm duty bound to pay it back for the rest of my life. We're only £43 off the original target & I know it's payday for some people🙏
