@epsu.bsky.social together with the European hospital employers @hospeem.bsky.social is in the Netherlands (Hilversum) to discuss how to tackle labour shortages and develop future proving skills for the health care sector (UE project). Our debates focus on the role of temporary agencies.

Today @epsu.bsky.social and @hospeem.bsky.social adopted a new joint work programme of the European Sectoral Social Dialogue for the Hospital and Health Sector. We are looking forward to implementing our programme to support health care workers in Europe.
