My experience is a newsfeed that takes too much time working the algorithm to chase trash away, groups that don’t display important posts to members but do share spam, and a perpetual onslaught of scam bots banging at all the groups I admin. FB is overrun with slop. YMMV

Please. It’s been a shitty platform for ages there just isn’t a viable alternative for the communities users have already built there. He struck at the right time.
