The characters aren’t super deep yet or anything, as it’s only been one episode, but they are solid, and I am looking forward to seeing more of them. The main character, Will, is a real sweet and soft cutie. 💙

“Wistoria: Wand and Sword” is fucking gorgeous. Animated and designed as well as a feature length anime, with great subtle music.
The plot is not exactly unique, being a serious version of Mashle, but the quality and ambience of the show give it the oomf it needs - especially in action scenes.
