First thing I did when I had just a little money was get a second set of sheets.

It’s funny because my husband cannot cook (he does try but success is rare). However, he does like to eat. Therefore, the kitchen being exactly the way I want it is incredibly important to him.

He would be very upset to lose his cook, at the very least by living this way.

As a person who couldn’t stand to be bored from birth, I still miss the days when we could read a book quietly or chat with our neighbours in the waiting room.

(Toddlers and young children are still up for chatting which I appreciate. )

And, seriously, if someone else can hear it USE HEADPHONES!

It’s all about layers. Just slap a t-shirt under that sweater and you are good to go.

As an adoptive parent, I co-sign. I adopted foster children.

They spent 2 1/2 years trying to get the mother to a point where she could take care of them. My children suffered permanent harm as a result.

I used to go to their ice cream store in Bobcaygeon with my best friend. I was so excited to see it in the grocery!

I love my parents more than words can describe. However, we can never again live together because when I left, it was time.

Are there antibodies in their blood? Yes, some. But, generally, not enough to prevent infection at all.

But, mostly, not being exposed to it because no one else has it (I.e herd immunity), is how we don’t kill babies with these diseases.

We don’t have a lot of private school kids up here. It’s possible that’s the difference? 🤷🏻‍♀️
