It could be. But it could also be the reduced cognitive load of not changing the configuration of the hand. Most people play by effectively making the rock gesture one, two, or three times (to get the players' hands in sync) and then making their actual play. Rock requires less actual thought.

This makes no sense. They say being as random and unpredictable as possible is the best strategy.

Is that first graph correct? (Article is behind a paywall for me). “Before the war” clearly means “before the full-scale war.” Is Crimea + the parts of Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts Russia controlled only about 4%?

That's one way to spin it. One could also say "Russia is starting to deploy kamikaze drones in the Black Sea." Years behind Ukraine, but it could be a problem if Russia decides to use them against commercial shipping.

Similar thought: Americans do so well in the medal count in the Olympics because we have Title IX.

To everyone saying this should be kept secret, it's clear from the article itself that Ukraine's government wants this information released. The balance between information security and getting the morale/diplomatic boost of publicizing these kinds of efforts is always a tricky one.

I think the key to a Doc Savage movie is who gets cast as the Fabulous Five--that's even more important than who plays Doc, IMHO.

The reason is that they're what would really distinguish the property in the current market, where superheroes don't usually have the leader + quirky super-team format.

Of course both Russia and Denmark know that Russia is escalating.
