But it’s worrying that the court believes segregating trans people in a “third space” is acceptable.

Excellent news. The British government’s continued attacks on the right to protest, especially on those who speak out against genocide, must be challenged.

“It also stresses the need for caution on social transitioning for younger children…”

The idea that schools need to be “cautious” when affirming the identities of young trans people reinforces the transphobic belief that being trans (like being gay) is a “phase” or “dangerous lifestyle.” Shameful.

“The book encourages parents to put children in anti-affirmation medical and educational spaces, and to cut off loved ones who support their child's transition.”

Writing about trans youth as a product of “ideology” is dehumanising. This is the language of conversion practices. It’s child abuse.
