I like the separation tbh, mostly because of _how_ we use queued jobs vs. how we use actions.

For example, a queue job in our app might simply fire an action
- we test the action does the actual work
- we test that the job is dispatched as expected

The job controls WHERE the work is performed.

Meh, there are worse problems in the wargaming community than this.
