After a private sound bath, my friend’s little girl wandered in, curious. I showed her the bowls and she was utterly transfixed - smiling, listening, and feeling the vibrations with wonder.
Sound touches something deep within us all, at any age.

Each one of my sound baths is crafted with deep intention and love. You don’t need to try or achieve anything. Just lie back, breathe, and receive.

Come just as you are.

Hosting a sound bath isn’t just about the sounds - It’s about the space that holds them.

I spend a lot of time choosing venues that feel calm, safe, and welcoming. If the energy feels right, everything flows more naturally… and people can really settle in, let go, and drift into that dreamy space.

Writing guided meditations for my sound bath sessions brings me so much joy. I love weaving in the energy of the seasons, and little sparks of inspiration from all around me.

At the moment, I'm really enjoying 'Meditation Scripts' by Susi McWilliam - it's full of lovely ideas and gentle inspiration
