But it's not very often Toronto gets to compete for a sports championship, either (more often we are disappointed). If it's something that brings the city together I'm all for it.

Looking at FanGraphs data from last night.

- Before Springer's HR: 36.7%
- After Springer's HR: 77.5%

40% win probability added in one swing of the bat. We know it was a high stakes moment and momentum shift - this quantifies it.

I mean, Buffalo does host the AAA team. The NHL is pretty much the only league where the two cities compete against each other.

I went out and ran 42 km for the first time in my life today. Well. I walked a good chunk of it but brought it home in under 5 hours.

So I'm a fucking marathoner now, according to one sign on course.

Another sign told me to bark if I had that dawg in me. So I did. #puppyplay
