The one thing I don't see mentioned much about 3I/ATLAS is how it came into our solar system on the orbital plane of the planets.

Thinking of our solar system like a disk — a vinyl record — aligned with its flat surface rather than punching through it from above or below.

Bizarrely coincidental.

It's to destroy our hope and our will. To keep us so terrified we remain compliant. If they keep us completely focused on survival, we won't have bandwidth to focus on bringing them to justice.

For all I know, Bluesky may use it for neither purpose, if it's just about the AI for them.

This is not to suggest it's OK that Bluesky is training AI, but my understanding of alt-text is it serves two legit purposes:
• explain a missing image that didn't load
• provide text for "text to speech" readers for visually impaired

At least that's how it was explained to me as an app developer.

She's not getting out unless the Epstein files are put to rest. If she's free, she's free to tell the truth. With freedom as a dangling carrot and being sent back to a normal prison as a threat, she has more reason to comply with Trump's lies.

I suspect she'll get "Epsteined" eventually.

Why blue to violet to red, when red is at the opposite end of the spectrum? I think it's because just beyond ultraviolet, the frequency is double that of red. Half of violet's frequency is just below infrared. It's almost like if we could see them, they'd be higher/lower "octaves" of colors.

I stumbled upon something interesting with the visible light spectrum within the EM spectrum.

First, a musical reference: each note in an octave is double the frequency of the same note an octave lower.

So I was wondering why a low-to-high frequency thing like color can be made into a wheel.
