These educated guys left their homes and stopped their studies to help facilitate peace in Afghanistan. They walked alongside us and were exposed at all times like we were. It has always been my understanding that diversity in the human species is a time tested strength. Overall survivability of the species is made robust through tiny changes in all of us. We are different thanks to our adaptability. It isn’t a flaw, it is our strength.

Former military here. My head is exploding daily. It’s great to see civilians and military stand up for each other though. There’s nothing they can do to me that’s worse than stealing and deceiving my country into a dark age of stupidity and greed. Keep your light burning in the darkest hours.
