What we’re witnessing in America is what happens when disordered discourse captures a political party, then the state itself. The Republican Party was the first to fall - abandoning truth for conspiracy, ideology for grievance, and policy for performative outrage.

I get the feeling Putin and his oligarchs devise more outrageous policies for Trump to announce and laugh hysterically at Trump speaking them and making Elon use his muscle and money to keep the GOP towing the line in pursuit of Putin’s ultimate goal: destroy the U.S.
