Jacksonville caterer dies after 'incident' involving 9 JSO officers at Duval County Jail An attorney for Charles Faggart's family said Thursday that he was pronounced dead at 2:11 p.m. The attorney said he had been "brain dead" since Monday.

"Charles Faggart died Thursday after being left with fatal injuries from an incident Monday inside the Duval County Jail involving nine Jacksonville sheriff's corrections officers, according to his family's attorney.
