08.01.2025 17:46 — 👍 2 🔁 0 💬 1 📌 0One reason is that Team EPM accounts for injuries so players like Luka, Kyrie, and Ja being out bumps Mavs, Griz lower than they otherwise would (and thus Wolves are higher). It's also a little bit the predictive nature of EPM that hasn't given up on the talent that exists on the team.
