It’s been a fun summer of TV production work. From the 40 under 40 awards gala to shooting the race weekend marathon from the back of a motorcycle.

A picture of younger me holding a vintage betacam camera on my shoulder, looking away from the viewfinder at the person taking my picture. The camera has a shotgun microphone connected to the front and a sungun (light) connected to the top just out of frame. I have more hair than I have now.

This was taken of me on the show (trading?) floor at the NHL draft in 2001 or so. I was working with someone who was on contract with the NAHL to get footage of their players. I had nice hair back then.

I just found myself scrolling X and thinking "Wow, lots of funny and interesting posts, maybe people are wrong and there's still good stuff on X" and then I realized I was actually scrolling Bluesky

Now: taking some time away from my day job to focus on health and wellbeing. Also replenishing my creative juices with some volunteer TV broadcast work.
