Her feet don't even touch the footplate.
The waiting room staff say she shouldn't have been sent here as they're not equipped. But A&E couldn't wait to discharge her before she 'breached'. #NHS #TARGETS

My 93yr old grandma, currently left in a waiting room after being discharged with a broken leg & heart condition. Waiting for an ambulance to get home. Been told the ambulance will be a few hours! She is immobile, uncomfortable, & been left in a wheelchair with no support.
