Other than just walking the Strip, strolling along Fremont Street is still my favorite thing to do - it's one of the few bits of Vegas that retains its authentic wild and weird party town atmosphere. Everything else is corporatized, monetized, and heavily managed.

I figured you'd know but my cursory research suggests the White House is owned by We The People and is the responsibility of the National Parks Service with oversight by the National Capital Planning Commission. Trump has not even submitted plans yet, let alone gotten sign off.
