Winter is a great time to spot otter tracks, especially by rivers, canals, and wetlands. 🦦

Look for paw prints, tail marks, and spraints (otter droppings with fish bones 🐟). If you’re lucky, you might even catch an otter hunting in the daylight!

Huge thanks to the Humane Society of the US + Ohio authorities for rescuring 100s of foxes, wolf-dogs, coyotes, raccoons + more from a fur farm in OH. They were being tortured + would have eventually been killed for they fur.
