Halfway through qualitative data collection in my pilot study exploring integration and transmutation of exceptional experiences. No shock about the main piece of advice experiencers have for other experiencers: CONNECTION. Find the others.

1) Doing PhD in Applied Transpersonal Psychology re: process of integrating and transmuting psychedelic and other exceptional experiences
2) pilot qualitative study on same question finding process not at all linear
3) The Diplomat 'cuz am a scrappy North American who is in UK much of each year

Thanks for sharing this; it's prompting me to think about "surrender" and "letting go" and "trusting the process" + how that might relate to "relaxation". There is something in here about our relationship with control, perhaps. And how to manage that in a trauma-informed manner within a treatment
