Given he got in on the seventh iteration of votes, it is a good example of why it can be important to rank every candidate in an STV election rather than just those you like.

I wonder if the distancing might have favoured her? But not sure, given how the ward can vote
It's gotta be half a mil, if you include the value of all the commercial billboards, right?

Things are happening at Portland's ICE facility tonight.

Can you put into words what that purpose is? You and the frog have really become icons of this protest. Thereโs been a nice overall whimsy that has shown up. The frog is amazing. We had a bunch of other inflatable people here last night, too. I saw people playing Twister the other day. What they rely on is fear. So by coming out in an absurdist manner, it speaks to them, to some extent, that weโre actually not that afraid. It also dismantles their narrative a little bit. When they try to describe this situation as โwar-torn,โ it becomes much harder to take them seriously when they have to post a video saying [U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security] Kristi Noem is up on the balcony staring over the Antifa Army and itโs, like, eight journalists and five protesters and one of them is in a chicken suit.

09.10.2025 03:01 โ ๐ 218 ๐ 37 ๐ฌ 2 ๐ 0Why did the Department have to outsource a basic review to Deloitte in the first place? Because they do not know how their own system -- which is unlawfully punishing ppl -- actually works. And haven't documented its processes
Here is the Secretary, in February, confessing that
An FOI I put in at the start of the year found that senior officials at the Department of Employment were aware of these significant issues in 2020, but refused to act
It took until DECEMBER 2024 to get Deloitte to review the system & report back
The Deloitte report was received by the Department last year but was not publicly released until almost 12 months later
DEWR tried to hide it as long as possible โ not because of AI errors โ but because it documents the widespread unlawful administration of Mutual Obligations
Now that the Deloitte report, about the government's unlawful administration of mutual obligations, is making international headlines, it's worth looking at what's actually in it (apart from AI slop) and WHY it was actually commissioned
