It’s something that me and my “normal” musician friends talk about a lot. It often ends up getting quite philosophical 😂

#gameaudio and #musicproduction are similar but have different uses/connotations and goals with the music/audio. To outsiders it’s strange but I often compare it to an architect vs an engineer, you both “build” the building but in different ways!

Even though the tech is very outdated now, the stuff David Wise was doing on #donkeykongcountry was revolutionary for #gameaudio implementation at the time! Makes the soundtrack that much more memorable ❤️

Even with a significantly underpowered PC (compared to the Mac) games built for windows just run better on a native machine rather than the VM
