My partner and I went on a lovely sunrise walk in Northumberland this morning. Seeing the sun after so many overcast days was incredibly uplifting.

I hope its good coffee at least 😅

The catering situation was elite. They gave us half a massive Costco pizza each as well.

Played 3 great games of Age of Sigmar last Saturday at Sigmars Sweethearts. There was also the most adorable AoS themed cupcakes provided by the TO. The NE scene feels like a really fun place to be right now.

Back to playing some AoS again after a little break for life stuff, and what better place than the TSN. Thanks @sixdiceskills.bsky.social for running such fun events. It was lovely to see everyone. Here is my Maleneth Slaughter Queen getting bullied by ghosts.

On a positive, less sad note, Blue Sky, please meet Ursa. We rescued her from a shelter a few weeks ago. She had been there almost a year because the stress of being there was making her lash out at potential adopters. Since she has settled in at home she has become super playful and affectionate.

I experienced the loss of my beautiful baby tiger, Mr Sausage, this year. It was a profoundly awful experience but it made me appreciate how wonderfully kind a lot of people in my life are, from the support and empathy they offered whilst I was going through it. I'm so grateful for them.
