Reading Horus Heresy books is a bummer because you’re like “HEY WHY ARE THERE FIGURES OF ALL THE CHARACTERS I HATE AND NONE OF THESE ONES I LIKE- oh… right.” Anyway, I’m on book 4 of 79.

Yeah, but I had 8 great games with great opponents (doubles on sunday). That makes an event so much fun. My round 1 is probably my favorite AoS game of all time.

Made it back from LVO.

Put up my worst record in my AoS tourney history, but strangely had the most fun I've ever had at a tournament. Great time all around.

SO CLOSE TO LVO!!! I AM PUMPED.

Wrote up some goals for the new year for the hobby. We will see if I get to all of it!

It's not my usual AoS stuff, but I painted up this Biologis Putrifier from the Deathguard. Kinda having fun painting Nurgle-y related stuff.

Started the very long task of converting Graveguard. They've been fun to do, but each model is very time-consuming to do.

Here's some of what I painted in 2024! Only one army painted this year, but there were lots of one-offs. Being a new dad took up most of my time this year. I'm excited to see what comes in 2025.

Painted up one of the new Chaos Sorcerer Lords for a friend and teammate for our Annual Team Secret Santa! Had a fun challenge in doing a more grimy gritty model, but I had to add a bit of pop to it!
