I believe in the not too distant future of an Accountability & Consequences commission that holds all of the fascists & traitors to American democracy to fair trials and judgements for the crimes they commit.

Well, in the short term W’bal is fairly useful…but something like 3 hours of sustained high tempo (but below FTP) , or 2 hours with repeated 30s AC efforts & 3 min VO2 efforts with full W’ recovery would not describe the decrements in power output that would occur after those preloads.

The intensity of the pre-load, and the density of that work performed relative to time until subsequent efforts, matters the most to later work capacity.
