Studio day today and I treated myself to a little lemon tea drink 🍋☕️

My current watch is Shangri-La Frontier. Loving it so far and some awesome fight scenes. One season in and looking forward to season 2.

Seem to enjoy the anime’s that have a VR/game theme to them 😅

A couple episodes into The Water Magician. It’s a really fun take on a magic user in anime and I’m looking forward to how the rest of the series unfolds. It’s also beautifully animated and has a fresh look to it.

Even Given the Worthless "Appraiser" Class, I'm Actually the Strongest is a good watch and has some fun sassy characters. It can get a bit corny at times but will be interesting to see how they develop the villains

Watched 1 season of That Time I Got Reincarnated As A Slime. Some interesting characters and easy to watch. There’s a OTT amount of focus on boobs on half the characters which always makes me lol out of awkwardness 😅 sure the other seasons will be just as enjoyable

Enjoyed The Unaware Atelier Master, hopefully there’s some future seasons. It’s got some OTT characters but a pretty chilled out vibe.

Doing this is making me realise:
1. I’ve watched a lot of different shows in the last few months
2. My prefrences for types animes is SO gay 😂

Only watched a few episodes of Bogus Skill "Fruitmaster" but enjoyed it so far. Nothing uber exciting about the characters, but another easy one to watch.

Next up was The Weakest Tamer Began a Journey to Pick Up Trash. I actually really enjoyed this and was a nice character development and interesting point of view. Look forward to future seasons!

Next was A Playthrough of a Certain Dude's VRMMO Life. I liked the main character and their preference to mastering menial skills. Some of the other main characters are a bit OTT but it’s a chilled and easy watch

Small break from listing anime’s - here’s a cute snap from when we went to Porto a few weeks ago

Finally came across a show I enjoyed. Wistoria: Wand and Sword.

Was a bit too soppy at times, but lots of magic fights to keep me interested. Some cool villains introduced towards the end so look forward to how they’re interacted with in future seasons.

Watched 1 episode of Fluffy Paradise. Wasn’t hooked but I might return to it at a later date, feels like the sort of show that takes a few episodes to get going.

I think I must have cursed myself, as I only made it through half an episode of this: Handyman Saitou in Another World.

Wasn’t having much luck as I only made it through 1 episode of A Journey Through Another World: Raising Kids While Adventuring.

Might revisit, but something about it felt a bit flat.

Only made it through half an episode of The Greatest Demon Lord Is Reborn as a Typical Nobody.

Maybe I was going through a rough patch with anime but will try and revisit at some point. (I know I should at least the rest of the first episode!)

Up next was The Reincarnation of the Strongest Exorcist in Another World.

I only watched 2 episodes and haven’t had the urge to watch anymore. Perhaps I’ll revisit later on once I’ve gone through some more shows. I felt the character designs were a bit weak and there wasn’t an exciting hook.

Next watch became favourite of mine upon watching: The Unwanted Undead Adventurer.

Really interesting character development and great showcase of magic (always a way to win me over).

Need another season ASAP!

A slightly different watch next. Campfire Cooking in Another World with My Absurd Skill.

Took me a few episodes but I really warmed to it. Found myself looking forward to seeing what meal was going to be produced each episode (it def made me hungry!). Looking forward to future seasons.

Followed up by Solo Leveling.

This is SO good! Loads of fantastic fight scenes and interesting character development. I’m a real sucker for fights that have anything to do with a magic user, so loving the range of characters and their fighting styles/abilities. Need the next season ASAP!

Next was The Rising Of The Shield Hero.

I enjoyed the first season and have slowly been making my way through part of the second season. I did start to notice however from watching this show that the majority of female characters are overly sexualised and I do find it a bit weird 😅

My next watch was Bofuri: I Don't Want to Get Hurt, so I'll Max Out My Defense.

A really easy watch and really enjoyed the two series and look forward to the final series when it airs. #bofuri

First up, and the Anime that set me off on watching loads of other anime on Crunchroll, is Frieren - Journey’s End.

I absolutely loved this and could not fault it. Super excited to watch future series! #frieren
