- gave each kid spending money in advance. they know their budget and can plan.
- we brought our own glow sticks.

If you go, some tips:

- buy cheap pedometers for kids. helps with walking.
- groceries delivered will save $$ - we got breakfast and lunch..
- afternoon rest time
- make a plan if not everyone in your group wants to do scary/fast whatever. we split up frequently to accommodate different choices.

I am having a good time, but it is just a fascinating thing to observe - the queues, the placement of shops, the varied experiences based on willingness to spend more, the variants of popcorn buckets.

Would love to read the McKinsey or similar analysis of how they’ve optimized everything. It’s really quite something.

Fascinated by adults who dress up like Disney characters but only by wearing similar colors or styles. Fascinated by all of the Disney stuff. Fascinated by the homemade shirts. Fascinated by the 80$ sweatshirts called spirit jerseys.

Altogether we sat next to the eggplants and lettuce for 45 minutes before a kind person helped us off. I never want to see a giant eggplant again.

Still stuck. They are now evacuating us.
