It a pretty funny Horror/comedy/sorta musical. Years ago I use to frequent a bar/club that would show horror films in the 3rd floor lounge. One night this one was on and I fell in love with it.

The stress is finally over. Well… the stress from the social security hearing is over! Today we got word that my beloved’s disability status will remain and her benefits will continue!

Also, not my pet but… this Llama is the sassiest thing ever. She had the strongest eye roll, head turn I’ve ever witnessed! My girlfriend and I met this absolute sass queen at a cider mill a few years back.

This is Rala. She is 3 years old and the cat that healed my mother and grandmother’s fear of cats. She is incredibly smart, loves car rides, and likes to play hide and seek! My girlfriend and I love her beyond words. She loves nose boops and forehead kisses!

My parents and I used to go to Toronto like 3 times a year to see Phantom and other musicals after it closed. I haven’t been back in 14. I miss it so much. Don’t know how to explain it but I have never felt more at home. Enjoy the 90’s fashion & my dopey grin.

My entire world used to revolve around horror movies, musicals and horseback riding. Those were my life savers. Those were the things I held on to when my depression had me in a death grip. Phantom is what allowed me to discover I could sing & I took up singing opera at 12.

In the vein of talking about things I don’t usually talk about on other platforms: Favorite Musicals: Les Miserables, Jekyll & Hyde, Assassins, RENT, Evita, Into the Woods, Company, Man of La Mancha and my number 1 favorite musical of all time is…The Phantom of the Opera.

Today has been an intensely nerve wracking day. In April my beloved’s social security/disability was cut off after being on it for the last 16 years.Today we had a hearing. We will find out in a week or 2 if it will be reinstated. We are so nervous. The anxiety has been overwhelming!

I think I’m going to use this space to talk about things I don’t usually talk about in other spaces. My thoughts on beloved musicals and horror films are definitely on my list. 80’s and 90’s nostalgia too.

I figured it was about time to move over here. I hope I can reconnect with everyone over here!
