That’s the standard theme for WordPress for that year but they’re pretty inflexible unfortunately. If the websites a development website then you’ll be able install a plugin called Elementor and activate their ‘Hello’ theme instead, which will be easier to style.

Which theme are you using? And is it Elementor friendly? (A drag and drop designer). If so it should be relatively simple.
