First time trying to make a shader and I somehow actually made what I wanted to make, in a pretty straightforward way? It's effectively a texture reflection approach to emulate the effect 5th gen 3D games used to convey reflections
(don't mind the obvious seam, that's just my test texture being bad)

Instructors have switched from saying "do not use ai" to saying "you can use Ai in specific ways but you have to mark down that you used Ai". Like sure, I guess they're just "adapting" or whatever, which I guess is fine. I just would prefer that none of my peers use it at all. it'd be nice.
