It's a mess here in south Brooklyn - really seems short sighted to me. My son is waiting for a bus that seems not to be coming, my husband is walking my daughters to school in the middle of the road because there's 3 feet of snow on the sidewalks...

Schools being open tomorrow is a terrible idea. It's a disaster outside--unplowed streets, unshoveled sidewalks, and going to freeze and blow over night. @mayor.nyc.gov this is not a safe plan.

I was taught driving from a nun who had also taught my friend’s grandmother how to drive. We were in a neighborhood and a squirrel ran in front of the car so I braked, and she started yelling “just kill the squirrel!! Hit it! Kill the squirrel!”

And the people I want to share a country with are the helpers, not the sociopaths.
