"My TOS prevents me from writing about X" is at best a misplaced restriction and at worst an act of censorship. There is no good outcome of the A.I. problem past pissing on the hard drives the code is on.

People getting ChatGPT to write their essays for them is the death of both coherence and independent thought. Fake information becomes closer to the real thing and people get compartmentalized.
