Correct, that has been taken away. However the new player controls let you rewind and fast forward through the shows if they are still on live.

I’m outside the UK and I can’t use the Sounds app, even with a VPN. However, I can access the Sounds website on a browser and stream past shows that way. Which is a huge relief!

Hot tip - if you tune into a show half way through, you can slide the timeline bar thingy back to the start and still hear the whole show. 🤘🏼
