Interesting article. I do not drink alcohol after updated Canadian health guidance showing no safe limits (and surviving cancer). I can relate to some of what the article says. No booze for 2.5 years for me.

I probably walk that every week, so I have put my name in to raise a few dollars to help with research. I can now call myself a "cancer survivor" which feels very odd but it means I know first-hand the stress and difficulty from cancer diagnosis and treatment.

Two children stand in front of dodge ram pickup truck with a very high front hood height. One child does not even come up to the bottom of the truck’s large front grill, while the other just barely clears the bottom of that grill. (Is grill the right word? I don’t know anything about truck parts) It would be absolutely impossible to see those children from the front windshield.

It is #Pride in #Halifax #NovaScotia and yesterday was the big parade. We did not participate but had a lovely time on the #PrideHike with #HikeNovaScotia and over 50 queer people today.
