You shouldn’t hear TVs at almost any volume unless they have a subwoofer + surround cranked. That building wasn’t built right. I’ve lived in buildings from the 60s w/ better attenuation. Not excusing the neighbour tho. Most ppl in a building like that would be extra quiet and considerate.

That absolutely incredible. I mean I know it’s probably loud but you can even make out mid and high frequencies. That building has less than zero sound attenuation between units. That’s just unreal. It sounds there there is t even a wall. Like it’s in the next room of the same unit.
