Are RCTs in systematic reviews trustworthy?

In our recent Journal of Clinical Epidemiology paper, we applied 72 checks to RCTs in Cochrane Reviews. About 1/3 trials raised concerns about authenticity. RoB didn’t catch them.

Trustworthiness checks may be essential.
