After the success of our pilot project in 2024, we partnered with two new groups and trained 54 new community champions in 2025.

The HSE has started a community-based HPV vaccination pilot project in Cork and Kerry to support Ireland’s efforts to eliminate cervical cancer in every community by 2040.
