With cars that have any amount of down force is trusting the car to roll some center speed. Especially coming from stock cars that's still a very strange feeling, and almost always where I find that I'm losing my time. Usually under braking and trying to find where I actually run out of df helps

I think for right now endurance vs sprint is no different, but there used to be other different pads that were just about how much friction they had. Maybe that has changed though I honestly couldn't tell you the last time I looked at a setup that close. I do think one of the big learning curves

Is it an issue regardless of setup? I know you can change pad compounds and whatnot. If it's happening anyway then I would just work on trying to under brake, or drive the car with no abs in a practice session to try and develop some muscle memory maybe?

We just avoid the curbs basically. But before bop of a Porsche is .6 behind me (Cadillac) exiting the bus stop they're next to me by t1, but if I'm directly in their draft I just hold my ground. I did one imsa and decided that was enough. Daytona is the worst track for this sort of issue tho

That Porsche is also incredibly op while the Cadillac is terribly slow on the oval. Sucks that the 24 bop doesn't apply to normal imsa races
