I vividly remember learning about Dr Goodall's work at a birthday party as a child and deciding that is what "I would do when I grew up".

This is one of the reasons I am so passionate about the Caleb Scholars program. We give students funds to return home to learn from elders as they go to school, and we find undergrads though professional/PhD programs bc I know how hard it was to return home during grad school.

Climate change is far reaching and we must curb emissions.

Many years ago Nico and I found an oil painting in a small Alpine Broki. We soon found out it is of a famous 'study' spot in Blatten. Today it is no more.

We must do more to protect species, culture, and landscapes.
