Went to a training session on research degree examination. First slide literally encouraged me to 'do a quick AI search' of the names of supervisor and examiner(s) to look for conflicts of interest. Frequent readers may be able to imagine my feelings.

Oh wow... visitors tix for the MCC reserve are already sold out for days 1-3 of Boxing Day, having gone on sale a couple of hrs ago.
