This show is so silly. Some turns people will play multiple monsters, some turns people will only attack once even though they have like 4 monsters on the field, sometimes magic cards are just thrown at any time. People just doin whatever tf they want in this first season

The Duelist Kingdom arc in Yugioh is so funny. This is the first season and serves as the introduction to the show and the game. And they’re just MAKIN SHIT UP left and right.

Battle City in season 2 feels like whiplash because now they play with the actual rules

Crescent City is the worst SJM series and it’s not even close. Concept is initially cool and original but then becomes very predictable. Almost feels vulgar as far as the writing goes.

Also without the “mate” concept like in her other series, the romance makes no sense at all.

I can’t help but think Love Is Blind is a subtly but intrinsically religious show. The way they manage to find a mostly religious cast every season definitely makes it feel intentional.

Meanwhile I don’t think anyone in my life is religious enough to make it a major talking point or deal breaker
