There were layoffs at MS yesterday and 3 #Python core devs from the Faster CPython team were caught in them. If you know of any jobs, please send them their way:

I feel the point of pytest is to spot regressions in properties you can assert deterministically (e.g. length, or that the model does mention some things) while evals are for vibe checks and further refine the dataset for future fine tuning / few shots.

I tried adding few shots and it does help a lot. Without them, it uses `groupby` everywhere. sigh.

A four-panel comic strip titled 'The Jenkins Comic.'

1. In the first panel, a character in a blue shirt introduces himself to another character in a yellow shirt, saying, 'Hi! My name is Jason.'
2. In the second panel, the character in the yellow shirt responds, 'Ah! Nice to meet you, Jason.'
3. In the third panel, the character in the yellow shirt is shown with a thought bubble. Inside the bubble, there are labels for 'Friends,' 'Family,' and 'Python Packaging,' with 'Python Packaging' highlighted prominently.
4. In the fourth panel, the character in the blue shirt asks the character in the yellow shirt, 'Say Jarvis, have you ever heard of uv?' The character in the yellow shirt looks puzzled.

Started to play around with llama cpp. I'm pretty sure there's an option for kv cache, which one is it? also is there any sort of prefix caching?

the power comes from the fact that it's deliberate. every choice you make is pondered and comes naturally when you need to add something 😊

Yesterday during the live I went nerd sniping your conf and noticed you use lazyvim! I never tried it because I had my own when it came out. I do appreciate those distros but in the end building your own config is what makes nvim the superior editor experience. you only put what you need.
